How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days. After processing, most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Simuya offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we only ship to addresses located within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. Simuya does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

When will I receive my refund?

After your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Do your lighting products come with a warranty?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue, please contact our support team. We will review each situation individually and work toward an appropriate solution.

Are your lights compatible with U.S. electrical systems?

Yes. All lighting products sold by Simuya are designed to be compatible with standard United States electrical systems unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Do your products include installation hardware?
