At Simuya, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Items that have been installed, modified, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Simuya cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used or installed
Customized or made-to-order products
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Restocking Fee

Simuya does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns. If your return is approved and meets our return requirements, you will receive a refund for the eligible purchase amount without any restocking deductions.
