Shipping Locations

Currently, Simuya ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Simuya is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
