Vantia Motion Sensor Rectangular LED Wall Light Black Outdoor Lighting for Corridors and Entrances

The Vantia comes in two versions from the same body: a standard model that runs continuously and a motion sensing model that wakes when someone approaches and switches off when they leave. The sensing version is the one that pays for itself, because an entrance light is only genuinely needed for the few seconds a person is walking toward the door, and running 20 to 40 watts all night for that is waste. It also removes the fumbling in the dark that a manual switch outside creates.

Light quality comes from the PMMA lampshade rather than the LED alone. High transmittance acrylic spreads the source across the whole face of the fixture, so what reaches the ground is an even downward sheet with no hot spot and no glare in the eyes. The 4000K neutral output renders paths, steps and house numbers accurately, without the yellow cast of warm white or the clinical edge of daylight bulbs.

The frame is matte black stainless steel, sealed to IP65 against dust and driven rain, and it is available in 12.6, 23.6 and 31.5 inch lengths so it can sit above a door, along a corridor or across a wider entry wall without looking undersized. Downward light direction means nothing spills upward into windows or across a neighbour's property.
