Frequently Asked Questions
How high should a pendant hang?
Over a kitchen island or table, about 30 to 36 inches above the surface works well. In walkways, keep the bottom of the light at least 7 feet from the floor.
How many should I hang over an island?
Most islands look best with two or three pendants spaced evenly, about 24 to 30 inches apart. Order one unit per light, or choose a multi-piece set.
Do I need an electrician?
It connects to a standard ceiling junction box. For safety, we recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Every order within the United States ships free, with no minimum purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with transit estimated at 6–8 business days, for a total of 7–10 business days.
Is tracking information provided?
Yes. Once an order ships, tracking details are emailed so delivery can be followed from start to finish.
What is the return window?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. There is no restocking fee on returns that are unused and in their original packaging.
